• I have been a consultant with Beltone Hearing Aid Service since 1984. In that time I have completed over 250 hours of continuing professional education. I am a proud member of the International Hearing Society. In addition, I have contributed many years to the North Dakota Hearing Instrument Healthcare Providers Association. The North Dakota Board of Examiners for Hearing Instrument Dispensers has also entrusted me with the position of administrative secretary for 14 years.
  
  My experience in the hearing instrument sciences has lead to a rich network of patients. As I have enabled their lifestyles through proper fittings, they have enriched my personal understanding of hearing loss.

Background:

• In my 5 years of service to the hearing impaired there have been leaps in technology. Working with Beltone, a leader in the field for several prior decades, has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of previous instruments. This has served as a foundation of understanding from which we embrace the advances of new developments in technology. Open fittings, visible speech mapping, video ear exams, new circuitry & manufacturing insight are examples of the latest developments.
  
  Besides direct patient care, I have two other roles, first is training both new procedures and product knowledge. That training is mutually beneficial. I have direct experience working with the most highly trained staff in the region.

  Next role I fill is the behind-the-scenes practice management. The staff, locations and calibrated equipment that you will experience have been designed for your convenience, and benefit. You will find the Beltone experience to be the most accurate and comprehensive process available.

Background:

• I have served the hearing impaired for over 5 years. In that time I have completed over 50 hours of continuing education, visited manufacturer facilities, and attended association meetings at the state level. This has afforded me a comprehensive understanding in the field of hearing instruments.

  I am dedicated to meticulously testing each individual as thoroughly as possible. I believe that every hearing loss is an individual signature. Once we have an understanding of that signature, the ground work is laid for success.

  The Grand Forks & Thief River Falls areas of responsibility cover many miles. In the event that our regular office hours do not coincide with my patients’ schedules, I am able to redirect my schedule to accommodate.
